- Restoration and allocation of rights to Indigenous Reserved Land, and matters related to land rights and land use.

- Management and operation of the Indigenous Traditional Farming Demonstration Area – Taoyuan Farm (Tayniho Farm).
- Management and implementation of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects for the Indigenous Cultural and Creative Industries Park and Xiayun Nature Education & Exploration Base.
- Indigenous tribal tourism development and industrial development subsidy programs.

Department of Infrastructure Development
- Coordination and guidance for Indigenous housing, tribal, and community living environment improvement projects.
- Improvement projects for characteristic roads and bridges in Indigenous areas.
- Disaster prevention and mitigation projects for high-risk Indigenous areas.
- Planning, coordination, and liaison for simple water supply facilities in Indigenous communities.
- Planning, construction, supervision, and implementation of public infrastructure projects in Indigenous areas.

- Drafting regulations related to Indigenous affairs.
